People come with one question: how you changed careers, how you prepared for an interview, what to learn next.

You choose who to help

Read each person’s goal and note, then accept or decline. A decline shows to them only as closed. Set how many people at once, and pause any time.

Your name and contact stay private

People see your headline, current company, experience, fields and topics, and can search by company. Job hunting? Hide your company. Your name and contact details appear only to someone you accept.

How approval works

Apply in a few minutes. With a work email, approved the moment you finish.

  1. Tell us what you can help with

    Your fields and topics, and your experience. If you upload your resume, we fill it in for you.

  2. Confirm it’s you

    Signed in with your Google Workspace work account? You’re verified already. Otherwise, confirm your work email with a code, or connect LinkedIn. Your work email is never shown to anyone.

  3. Get approved

    Signed in with your company’s Google Workspace account, you’re approved right away. So you are with a work email code at your company’s own domain and your years read from your resume. Otherwise, including with LinkedIn, our team reviews it and emails you.

  4. Start mentoring

    People who match your fields and topics can ask for your help. Accept the ones you want, and we email you each new request.

Does it cost anything?

No. Mentoring on Whizply is free to join. You can offer free or paid sessions; mentees pay you directly over UPI, and Whizply takes no commission.

How much time does it take?

As much as you choose. You set how many people you mentor at once, and you can pause whenever you’re busy. Requests you don’t answer close on their own after 14 days.

Can I still use Whizply for my own job search?

Yes. Mentoring is a separate mode in the same account. Switch between your mentor dashboard and your job search from the sidebar.
