Is the free plan really free?

Yes. There is no card to add. Job matches, the tracker, the Chrome extension, courses, job referrals and mentor profiles stay free.

What is the difference between a polish and a tailoring?

A polish improves your resume as a whole. A tailoring rewrites it for one company’s role, using only what your resume already shows. Free includes 1 polish and 2 tailorings a month.

How do interview and salary insights work?

They work on give and take, on every plan. Share your own pay or one interview experience, and you can see what other members shared. Pay only shows as rounded ranges, and names are never shown.

When can I get Pro?
